With the availability of food across space and time, many of us have lost touch with the joy of eating fresh food. We are here to promote it in every possible way.

One of the most celebrated seasonal vegetables is the pumpkin which is a type of winter squash. When consumed fresh, it offers an abundance of vitamin A, vitamin C, lutein, potassium, antioxidants, and fiber.

Chef Ken offers us a great way to enjoy fresh pumpkin as a hummus. The joy and pleasure of nature’s bounty are just around the corner with this one!
